New Product Release: User Feedback

For a social network, one of the most important factors which contributes to its success is definitely “User”. To ensure the stability of the successful  network, User’s happiness, satisfaction are always taken into account. From that, we believe that User’s opinion, feedback are essential for the development of a network. To introduce a useful tool for sufficient communication between Users and admin, we has designed User Feedback – not only having a visual button for User, but also providing incredible features of voting, commenting and following.

User Feedback is packed with many convenient features for both guests and members:

• Guest/Members can post feedback easily via a globally displayed button
• Members can vote, comment, like, share and follow a feedback
• All feedback are retained once guests become members
• Feedback button is customize-able.

In addition, User Feedback is also integrated with YouNet Credit plugin and supported on YouNet Mobile View and Responsive Template
