Product Upgrade: REST API 4.02 released – support more plugins, elements, and attributes

REST API plugin is a simple yet powerful representation of the RESTful API. With a large ecosystem of API tooling, this plugin was born to create an easy-to-use, easy-to-understand and well-tested framework for creating APIs.
