New Paypal security-related updates in 2016

According to Paypal, beginning in early 2016, they will introduce new security check as stated at https://devblog.paypal.com/upcoming-security-changes-notice/ . Currently, those changes only apply to Paypal Sandbox, therefore for those sites which is still running on test mode will be affected. Until June 2016, they will apply to all and start requiring them.
In summary of those new security-related updates, in order to use Paypal, a server must satisfy these requirements:
1. Requires HTTP 1.1 and TLS 1.2
2. Requires HTTPS if using IPN
3. Curl library also needs to be upgraded to minimum of version 7.43
